At Echo Street Wear, we want you to love your streetwear. If you’re not satisfied, our refund and return policy makes it easy to return or exchange eligible items. This policy applies to purchases made at echostreetwear.com, with specific terms for US and international customers.

Return Period

US customers: You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
EU/EEA customers: You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, as required by EU consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returned in original packaging.
• Not final sale items, custom orders, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process

1. Email Contact@echostreetwear.com within the return period (7 days for US, 14 days for EU/EEA) to request a return.
2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

US customers: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
EU/EEA customers: You may use your own shipping method, but we cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For EU/EEA customers, refunds include delivery costs (except express shipping) if you withdraw within 14 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to confirm size or style availability before returning. EU/EEA customers exercising their 14-day withdrawal right may request a refund instead of an exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at Contact@echostreetwear.com with photos and your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers (outside US and EU/EEA) have 7 days to return eligible items. You are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. EU/EEA customers follow the 14-day withdrawal period as noted above.
